Colladoc should fail gracefully on incorrect default.props

When an incorrect classpath is set in default.props, Colladoc fails in strange ways ("UI Layout Initialization Error The center-pane element does not exist. The center-pane is a required element."). Colladoc should detect such misconfigurations (say if the startup compilation terminates with errors) and fail gracefully.
